Client/law firm/agency accounts receive a password setup link by email or SMS. The client portal will only show jobs/files connected to that client account.
Secure upload link vs Client Portal
Secure upload link is for one-time document upload by email/SMS link. Client Portal is for ongoing clients to see jobs, documents, invoices, receipts, and reports.
Launch phase access
For now, all account types can self-create accounts. Later we can turn provider/process-server approval back on when the operation is ready for stricter onboarding.
